Biltmore Soundscape Studio was founded by Julio Cesar Almanza and Kenneth Seidberg.
Julio "JC" Almanza, founder of Wrong to Strong, has transformed his life from a tumultuous past into one of empowerment and mentorship. Raised in the challenging neighborhoods of Chicago, JC became involved with gangs and the Mexican cartel at a young age, leading to multiple incarcerations in both the U.S. and Mexico. After serving time in over 25 prisons, he decided to change his path, focusing on personal development and fitness. Today, JC is a certified personal trainer, motivational speaker, and entrepreneur, owning Wrong to Strong Fitness and Wrong to Strong Lifestyle, a clothing line. Through his nonprofit organization, Wrong to Strong Inc., he mentors individuals recently released from prison, guiding them toward positive life changes and careers in fitness. JC's journey from adversity to advocacy serves as a powerful testament to the possibility of personal transformation.
Ken Seidberg, an attorney with a remarkable career spanning nearly five decades, brings unparalleled expertise and dedication to every endeavor. As a shareholder and leader since 2015, Ken has spearheaded operations alongside his son, Dave Seidberg, building a reputation for excellence in legal collections. Under their leadership, the firm has garnered multiple national awards for quality service and compliance, a testament to their commitment to industry standards and client satisfaction. Ken’s influence extends beyond his firm, as a member and former director of trade associations like NARCA (now NCBA) and the Arizona Creditors Bar. His commitment to the legal profession and his clients has made him a trusted name in Arizona’s legal community.
